Naples' 2023 closes with a bang, a magical year full of success, joy and lustre for the city. On 6 December, the important nss magazine inaugurated its first physical newsstand in the capital of Campania, precisely in the Chiaia district in Piazza San Pasquale. The initiative is part of the J'Adore Napoli Experience, a project to promote the Neapolitan area full of exclusive events and activities.

From Wednesday 6 to Friday 15 December, numerous initiatives and very interesting activities with the presence of several important guests were implemented. All with the aim of enhancing the city's high aesthetics. Not only that, for the entire Christmas period nss Newsstand will be animated with initiatives for the city.

The great relationship between Naples and nss magazine

Since its foundation in 2013, nss magazine has been a point of reference for all the best brands that make fashion and fashion the basis of their lifestyle. We are talking about a publication founded in Naples by the triumvirate formed by Walter Aprile, Vincenzo Schioppa and Simon Laudati, who over the years have made the portal a base for all fashion enthusiasts, also embracing music and sport. The nss magazine community, now of a strongly international mould and nature, has more than 500,000 followers in total.

After its birth, the magazine emigrated to Milan, while maintaining its Neapolitan soul. On the occasion of its tenth anniversary this year, however, Naples returned to the centre, celebrating its long-standing bond with the city. Dominating the scene over the course of the year was the J'Adore Napoli line, a set of products that every tourist or lover of the city should have that was an incredible success. It didn't end there, of course. Last 14 September in Milan was the prèmiere of the nss magazine documentary J'Adore Napoli - Lost in NYC. The latest addition, however, is J'Adore Napoli Experience.

The newsstand of nss magazine

The most important step of the year in nss magazine's campaign for Naples was certainly sealed this month with the launch of the J'Adore Napoli Experience. In fact, the magazine inaugurated the opening of the nss newsstand, a physical space within which to promote nss magazine's daily activities and digital culture. In addition, nss edicola will be intended as a cultural space for the artistic and commercial revaluation of the city of Naples, acting as a pole of attraction for collaborations, ideas and projects, and a physical catalyst and store for the J'Adore Napoli project.

From 6 to 15 December, the editorial staff of nss magazine moved to Naples for the installation of the physical newsstand, located in the Chiaia district, precisely in Piazza San Pasquale. The result was an incredible popular and artistic point that attracted a huge number of visitors, onlookers and enthusiasts. Between the 6th and 8th the most fascinating events took place, with guests of the calibre of Ciro Pipoli, Giotto Calendoli, Vienmnsuonno1926 and many others. Also launched was the Y2K Icon collection, a collection inspired by the 2000s and the aesthetics that accompanied them, and an important photo book paying homage to the city, the proceeds of which will be donated to charity.

The J'Adore Napoli Experience impact

The J'Adore Napoli Experience project does not end on 15 December, however; there is every intention to put its own stamp on city events throughout the Christmas period. The newsstand itself will remain active in San Pasquale until 2024. The goal, repeatedly promoted and reiterated also by the magazine's CEO Walter D'Aprile, is to tell a different vision of Naples. In this regard, nss magazine's birthday is a good reason to celebrate the city by developing an innovative concept to elevate it culturally. In addition, the collection of many media and international guests who, mixed with designers and local realities, can offer the best possible version of the city, gives further support to the purpose.

The success of these nine days of festivities was a major one, just as expected. The installation of the nss magazine kiosk brought thousands and thousands of curious people to the Chiaia district, fascinated by the numerous events organised. The large Italian and international nss community enjoyed the festive atmosphere of local street food, beer provided by foreign partners and much more. As mentioned, however, this was by no means the end of the story. The Neapolitan promotion project is a long time coming, and much more is to be expected in view of Christmas and the New Year. The nss magazine newsstand is only just beginning.
